Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This is a starting draft, not legal advice. Have a solicitor review it before relying on it commercially — in particular the operator details below, which are currently a placeholder.

1. Who we are

Waybound (waybound.uk) is operated by D00M (sole trader). You can contact us at support@waybound.uk.

2. What Waybound is

Waybound lets you create a single public page (a "bio link" page) listing links to your other profiles, content, or websites, with optional customization and live follower/subscriber widgets. A free account includes unlimited links; a paid Premium subscription unlocks additional customization options.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we may suspend or remove it.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to your page (display name, bio, links, images you upload). By adding content, you grant Waybound a license to host, store, and display it as part of operating the service — nothing more. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you upload (images, text, links).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Waybound to:

  • Publish illegal content, or link to illegal content
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate another person
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or scams
  • Infringe someone else's intellectual property
  • Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate this, with or without notice.

7. Reporting abuse

If you find a Waybound page that breaks these terms, email support@waybound.uk with the page URL and a description of the issue.

8. Premium subscription

Premium is billed monthly via Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, which stops future billing — we don't provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Liability

Waybound is provided "as is." We aren't liable for content published by users, or for service interruptions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Waybound after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
